    We continue to investigate this issue. We've escalated it to the cloud provider Open Telekom Cloud (OTC), as they own the SMTP server that the system is using. The issue has stabilized. We will continue to monitor this issue and will update you on its status.

    The System Health Check incorrectly dispays error message "Printer with ID […} has embedded configuration but no terminal service attached." Devices are not affected and will continue to operate as expected. A fix will be implemented shortly to address the incorrectly displayed message.

Investigation of Potential Issue in EU Cluster
